"I liked the breakfast. I did not like that their staff did not know a shuttle stopped at the hotel."

"Everything was great. Except the sink in the bathroom would clog and the back of the toilet wouldn’t fill up with water. So I had to take it off and make it flush and fill up with water. "

"Had a great stay. Everything was fresh and clean. Desk staff very helpful. Noise was minimal due to front desk staff enforcing quiet time. ( Really appreciate that as this can ruin a hotel experience)."

"A hidden gem in Grand Rapids! The staff were incredible and so friendly- Elise especially! Her hospitality and kindness did not go unnoticed. Thank you! The location is super walkable and walker friendly. A quick 5 minute walk and you are downtown, surrounded by shopping, restaurants, entertainment, etc. We had such a great stay. We cant wait to go back! "

"Very nice hotel in downtown Grand Rapids, within walking distance of many restaurants, bars and performance venues. The only fault I could find was the somewhat loud strange sound that occurs in the wall when someone in another room would flush their commode."
