"The room was only cleaned every second day. At over $200 a night, I think it would be reasonable to have someone change the towels and vacuum the floor daily.
Onthe secound day . On the way out we stopped by the front desk and asked for fresh towels to be placed in our room. When we returned, the towels hadn't been delivered, so we had to call the front desk again. I believe they only brought one set. That said, everyone we spoke with was very friendly, polite, and helpful, and we did eventually receive the towels.
Although the question is whether I would stay here again or recommend this hotel to a friend, my answer is yes. Overall, we had a great stay. The staff was welcoming and courteous, and despite the housekeeping issue, we enjoyed our time at the hotel."
