"Good for price"

"very accommodating hosts !& a very warm comfortable studio :) hope to be back!many thanks Richie"

"Nice cottage and well appointed."

"The property was as advertised. It was small. But, had amenities as listed. The kitchen was very small and no place to sit and eat, except outside on the patio. We ate most of our meals in town and none at the unit. Much more private and quiet than a hotel room. The bed was comfortable and the unit was clean and close to the airport. We would go back if traveling to Christchurch again."

"The house was very cold when we arrived and the old heat pump took ages to warm up and it was so noisy we turned it off in the end and relied in the portable panel heaters. But value for money would recommend."

"Incredibly helpful and accommodating staff. Was perfect for what we needed."

"Great place to stay. Kids loved it"

"We were happy with our accommodation. There was enough room for the eight of us (which included 3 young boys). We had access to all the necessary kitchen utensils and other utilities throughout the house etc. which was appreciated. We also appreciated the Christian messages posted on the walls although there is a ‘typo’ on the one in the living room.We will be happy to recommend the accommodation to others."

"A fabulous place to stay, very clean, kitchen had plenty of equipment and utensils etc, super impressed with the variety of toys for children, a very nice space, plenty of room and fabulous communication with the hosts. Happy to recommend."

"Everything was as shown on VRBOAll Good"

"Last minute booking at a inviting and cosy place to stay, thanks!"

"Such a beautiful location! The views are lovely, and the place was clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The only recommendation we would have is to add curtains in the lounge area to block out the strong afternoon sun. We tried to enjoy a family movie with the kids in the afternoon, but unfortunately the sun was so bright that we couldn’t see the screen at all. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and thought the place was lovely!"

"Very nice spot close to airport, easy to get to and had everything we needed. Would stay again"

"The property was clean, and the room was a good size, as per the website."

"The cottage and surroundings felt like you were at a resort, not in the middle of the city. Cute little deck to have your morning coffee on. We had everything we needed in a rental. However, the decor and room overall were a bit dated, and the bed was too soft for us. The location was very convenient with cafes, restaurants and a grocery within walking distance. Staff were very nice, and check-in was easy."

"Excellent cosy and well appointed modern apartment, really is close to the university Host makes it all so easy"

"Excellent customer servie"

"Very helpful receptionist. Great location."
