We were in NZ for 6 weeks and we needed a base and the Pumphouse was the perfect location. We did a lot of travelling and always felt we had come home when we returned to the Pumphouse. Helen and Les went above and beyond to make us feel welcome including our daughter, who lives in Christchurch, came to visit us.

The accommodation was perfect for my stay in Christchurch with all of the amenities fully available at the apartment. Helen was a brilliant host and made sure that my four days in Christchurch were enjoyable. Amazing facilities with many options for sleeping arrangements, cooking, relaxing and great base to access not only places in Christchurch but the motorway and the airport. Quick and easy to shopping or eating places. Friendly hosts with great knowledge of the area. Our family loved it!

I loved my stay at the pumphouse. It was ideal for many reasons, close to facilities, close to the airport, close to tourism attractions and places of interest, and also shops and transport. Parking was easy, and the pumphouse was well maintained, well stocked, cosy and warm and facilities were first rate. Helen was welcoming and friendly and I've given high rating as I'd definitely look to stay there again next time I'm in Christchurch.

We loved staying at the Pumphouse apartment, with welcoming and lovely hosts. Apartment was private, clean, well appointed and cosy. Walking distance to Bishopdale shops and easy access to get back onto highway. "Monty" the resident dog delightful ! Recommended to all travellers. Thankyou Helen and Lee for the fabulous stay!
