"WOW, just Beautiful from the staff to the building. Let’s start with the entrance. The decor is astonishing as if you’ll be staying in the suite for a Queen. The room ceilings had to be around 14 feet high. I truly would like Embassy Suite staff to verify. There’s an amazing breakfast. The omelette guy was terrific and the omelettes were tasty. Please tip him. All of the staff were absolutely superb with their customer service, attention to detail. My only suggestion would be to review wear and tear. The chair in our room had a peeling seat and the wallpaper should be reviewed. Despite that, thank you for a 5 star experience👍"

"We loved our stay at the Hyatt in downtown Louisville. Everyone from the valet to the front desk staff were so kind and friendly. Checking couldn’t have been more easy. The room was clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to restaurants and distilleries. "
