"Excellent overnight stop before an early flight. Shuttle to the terminal from 4.40am is ideal. Staff were fantastic. Friendly and professional. Food in the bar was excellent. Very comfortable clean rooms."

"The property is about 15 to 20 minutes away from the airport depending on traffic. There is a shuttle for a fee but because there was a lot of traffic, I waited much longer than expected so I took it Uber. There was a lot of traffic so it’s understandable that the bus was not running on its regular schedule."

"So easy to get to, it's close to T4. Possibly the quietest hotel room I've ever slept in...amazing given where it is. Very comfortable room, and the drinks and food at the bar are fabulous. Breakfast is good as always at Express."

"It is very close to Heathrow terminals 2 and 3, very minimalist which we like, we don't need a wardrobe, that sort of thing, The taxi service cost 10pounds to get from Terminal 2 to hotel, the return trip was 20 pounds and there is a 7 pound drop off fee at Terminal 3. Ideal for what we needed it for"
