"A long time ago, finer hotels would greet you and follow up with you and if one returned numerous times (like we have) they followed up with you and made sure you were taken care of. Edmund is a treasure in our opinion. I have stayed here 5 times in 3-4 months, and if I ever have any type of request, Edmund makes it happen. Other hotel employees may use the scripted "we will do our best and it is based on other factors, etc". Well, if I am flying from San Francisco to Hong Kong, I'm exhausted and want my to be taken care of, I'm going to want results. Thank you Edmund! "This is an excellent basic hotel but that is reflected in the price. Very good location for the trams and walkable for the average person. MTR is also within walking distance but trams are very regular. Got a bus straight from the airport after buying an Octopus card. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Only gripe was the bread used for toast at breakfast. Need to change the bakery. Was able to organise a takeaway breakfast as we had a very early airport run. Would go back no problem."
