To date still one of the best experiences of my life. An hour's lesson flying a Robinson R22. We took off from a small airfield near Brands Hatch motor circuit and spent the hour manouvering this amazing little helicopter up and down, through 360 degrees and even sat stationary 6 feet above the ground.

It's about an 8 minute walk to Canary Wharf, which is convenient, but it is a bit farther away from a lot of tourist spots and closer to the financial district which is a different vibe. "This is a fun place to stay in so much as my room had a massive outside area, the bed was great and I could look out over the water to watch the fun of Canary Wharf Its very very basic. I had no shower gel etc in the shower, the toilet is a marine toilet, no water offered (or available) so needed me to visit a local shop. Its near all the bars so quite noisy. I'd stay there again but not for that price. Its too expensive for what it is. "
