"The apartment was perfect for us and the shower is amazing! Very clean and spacious as pictured, and the building was very secure. Staff were so welcoming and friendly — always checking that everything was okay and someone was always around. Underground, overground, and DLR were all within a 10 minute walk as well - which we loved. Excellent value for money. "

Wouldn’t offer a refund or access. Lost £1500 to these people. Shocking… please read this and other reviews and do not use. "

"Had to leave the key for the room in the door, as the main building was locked up when I left. Not a big drama though"

"This is a tired property, there was a hole in the floor covered by lino. Things broken and cracked. Yes, perfect location for ammeneties etc. But in room 1, do not stay. Things are rusty, shelves missing. Bed you can feel springs. "

"I didnt recieve the access code email so had to use the support chat to ask on the day, but got a prompt response from the owner who was helpful and friendly. The flat inside is basic but clean and a good size. The sofa beds were all made into beds even though i was a solo traveller which was a little annoying as i wanted to relax in the evening on the sofa so had to un make the sofa bed."

"Dirty property, ignored calls, housekeeping was not done and instead was done whilst me and my other guests were at the property. Was not met by any type of host and had to wait outside for more than an hour for one of the housekeepers to come let me in. Kettle had some sort of mould inside, beds messed up as no one had cleaned up after the previous stay. Made constant phone calls again which were ignored because the property did not provide this so I had to contact Expedia to obtain it. If you...

"We are from Louisiana so we packed a small travel fan. Kept the room cool with the windows open. Gricery store and tube are all withing 2 minute walk. "
