"Clean, functional, room, small for the price, but normal for London. Staff were all lovely and super helpful, and the location is great.
My single criticism would be the luggage room - we were planning on leaving luggage after checkout while we explored the city before getting our trainers. However after being directed downstairs to the luggage room, we found the queue to drop off bags was ridiculous - stretching the length of the corridor and around the corner. We estimated it would take 45 mins or more just to drop our bags, and who knows how long we'd have to wait to collect it. This could have been mitigated by having additional staff working the line and processing bags at peak times, but there appeared to be only the one person. We decided not to waste our time there and instead went to Euston Station and paid £15 each to stash our bags for the day."
