"We had an amazing time staying at this location. The Warwick Ave tube was very convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and great for families. There is a coffee shop and store around the corner. The place was clean and ready when we arrived. The owner was very responsive when I reached out to him. We would loved to have had a larger blanket on one of the beds and a couple more towels for our family of 6. The pictures were accurate of the place. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone...

"At checkin the host informed that the property had a problem, only by WhatsApp comms, & offered us another property that was to small (not enough beds) & faraway. He eventually took a call from me, but hung up & then ignored attempts to communicate. This was really distressing for the family & we eventually had to request a refund & were left homeless for our stay in London from that night. Currently I am having to chase VRBO for the service fees to be refunded (300) as we didn’t even set foot...

"Very poorly maintained. Everyday tried to contact management , no one wound call me back, couldn't use Netflicks and Wi-Fi was non existence. Problem with parking. Considering the price paid , the quality and lack of customer service represented poor value for money. Needs a lot of improvement "
