"Great place to stay"

"The restaurant was excellent with a great menu taste Staff top notch The hotel was great but the bathroom although very clean shows it’s ready for a makeover"

"Comfortable room and good breakfast. Pleasant staff."

"Reception staff were excellent. TV in room didn’t work. Pool area was very clean. The restaurant for breakfast was very good but service in the evening wasn’t very good, no cutlery, no salt on the table, getting staff attention was hard work but appreciate there was training of new staff."

"Enjoyed the breakfast. The staff were friendly and the room was clean."

"This hotel has lovely views and great staff, my room was not what it showed on the pics, mattress and pillows very old and uncomfortable and need changing, I had to put towels over my quilt as the room was so cold through the night as they turned the heating off and it was almost zero degrees outside. "Lovely property, nicely refurbished. Large bathroom just a double bed, this felt a bit cozy in the room. Didn't use bar or restaurant but it looked lovely."

"A note that the amenities were in a different hotel, so you’ll need to walk across the street for an open bar/restaurant."

"Extremely slow at check in. Payed an extra 30 quid. 12.20 she found us a room. Very chaotic at reception no strucure at all, then to be woken up with extremly loud music in the morning was not impressed at all."

"Lovely apartment, could do with being a little clearer about where to check in prior to the visit but the staff were helpful. Got charged an extra £50 on arrival which I thought was a security deposit but has actually been taken from my account with no explanation "
