"I've stayed at this hotel many times and this was my fourth visit this year, facilities are superb, beach and marina within touching distance, city centre just a few minutes walk away, great location for the Mumbles and all the beaches in the Gower."
"We had a fantastic stay at Patrick’s Boathouse. The hosts were extremely accommodating, the room was great and really spacious with a super comfy bed. A simple breakfast was available in the room. I would definitely recommend and stay again if I was in Mumbles. "
"Had a lovely break, been to the mumbles for years when my children were little we stayed at caswell bay so ( 25 years ) so me and my wife took our disable brother for a short 5 day break, the bungalow was awesome, very clean, very cosy, all the facilities, just like at home, in a nice quiet area but a bonus as my brother loves planes we were right next to a flight path of the local jets, what a result, he could sit out the back and watch them :-), there is nothing bad to say about this and WILL defiently be booking again, thats how good it was."

"Fabulous apartment! Beautiful views of Swansea Bay. Close to all amenities and just across the road from Verdi's restaurant. Rather tight getting into the undergroundparking bay. But otherwise a wonderful apartment that I would certainly consider renting again."

Quiet road with easy parking. Short walk to access the Coastal Path for Langlands, Caswell & Bracelet Bays & beyond.
We were visiting family & it was ideal for having grandchildren to stay with us overnight.
Cosy Cottage was beautifully presented & had everything we needed.
Not near to food shops. Worth shopping before arrival."

"The flat is very well situated on Mumbles Road and very convenient for all the shops and restaurants. We managed to find parking most of the time! The kitchen was very well-equipped and nicely done. The second bedroom, however, had no outside windows, and therefore no ventilation which made it quite stuffy in the hot weather."
