"Spacious rooms. Well maintained. Pleasant staff."

I was told how to get to my room and got to the door with all my luggage and could not get in. I was not given any instructions on how to use the key. I called the office and was told to walk back to the office. I told the person they needed to come to me because I had too...

"The hotel outside and inside was well kept. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good and we enjoyed the pool a lot (although it was a little cold when we went in). Overall, it was a great stay."

"For my purposes, it did its job...wasn't terribly fancy or updated and needed some love, but to sleep and rejuvenate, totally fine. Needs some renovation and maintenance all around. Shower had some cracks and holes...walls had some dents and divets...smoke smell from some rooms which carried over to the hallway... 3 is fair as a rating."

"Exceptional breakfast - many choices and quality food not just cereal."
