"Location is great for State Farm Arena very easy walk. The staff were excellent on trying to assist and help. There was some net flex movie being filmed and we couldn’t go to the rooftop bar so that was a disappointment The main complaint was that I had a very difficult time finding the parking lot, they had road closed all around there for this movie and I’ll just kept riding in circles there was no sign to tell where the hard rock parking was or if there was I never saw it. I was very very distraught before I ever found parking which is actually shared with the apartments on the same corner and I saw the sign for the apartment parking just not for the hotel parking we didn’t care too much for the breakfast that was offered of course it was not free and it didn’t look that good to us so we went and ate somewhere else, but that’s just our opinion. Staff was amazing and I will definitely come back again!"

"Highly recommend this hotel. Me and my friend(both of us from out of town) decided on this hotel mainly because of the location to the activities we wanted to do. We were pleasantly surprised by how the staff treated us the moment we walked in. Every staff member I came in contact with was very pleasant, especially Will. He did an amazing job checking us in, he was very knowledgeable and informative about not just the hotel but the surrounding area. For example, we came up to him one evening, we were in my mood for pizza. We asked him and no hesitation, he was able to run down a list a pizza places, with directions and his personal opinion on them all. That was a tremendous help especially since we weren’t from Atlanta. As far as the room, amazing, the view from the 64th floor was incredible especially at night but I can’t get over my ears popping everytime we got on the elevator but hey thats what happens when you’re on a high floor like that. Now normally I skip breakfast and decide to sleep in when I’m on vacation but the hotel had a delicious breakfast worth waking up for,(and I like the fact that the breakfast hours were 7-12 so even if I wanted to sleep in, I could still wake up in time to grab breakfast) which included my favorite, grits eggs and bacon, among other things. Overall, it was a great experience 10/10, would definitely stay there again."

"My only complaint is that the shower in the bathroom did not work properly. I was forced to take a bath with hot water. The mixer was not functional. I left for a function at 10:00 AM with the promise that it would be repaired. I returned at about 8 or 9 PM and it was not. A second complaint saw a very apologetic plumber replacing the "Mixer". Apparently the report/complaint was not accurately recorded or passed on to him. The efficient Airport Shuttle driver made up for my disappointment."
