"Friendly staff and they were always available. The room was clean and comfortable to stay and sleep. The beds were super comfortable too. The washroom was spacious and very clean also. The hotel's location is perfect because everything around is within walking distance and to get to Byward market or the Rideau mall or to the Parliament, it is about a 20 minute walk. It is far away enough to get some peace and quiet moments but close enough to areas to enjoy the rush of downtown life."

"This is our second time we stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, customer service very good, quickly check in and check out. Breakfast was delicious. They always has water and coffee available at the lobby and the locations is very good as well. "
