"I've attended this property to host professional events a few times and the staff and venue are always very helpful and friendly. This was the first time we stayed here in one of the suites, which was absolutely sublime and perfect for our needs. It was clean and comfortable with great facilities. The only slight criticism I'd have is that if there is an event on the noise carries into the rooms and can be disruptive until late. "1. The hotel is located in not a very good neighborhood on a very busy street. Lots of sirens and street noise and the windows in the hotel are not soundproof! It’s hard to sleep. 2. The hotel seems very run down! Starting from the shattered glass door at the entrance to the torn wallpaper on the wall and chair torn. 3. no AC!! It wasn’t working in the while hotel.
