"Perfect location, nice clean rooms and staff was nice, love that it has a bar and starbucks downstairs so many restaurants near by as well as a really nice mall if you're into shopping, not too far out the city so easy to drive into chicago if you have a car."

"Clean. Basic. A bit dated. Feels kinda old. But worth it for the price. Not all light and outlets worked. As others stated, the wifi is a bit slow, but okay: around 7Mbps. For the price difference compared to other hotels around I'd definitely stay here again. Felt safe. No shady characters around that I noticed."

"Stay was excellent, staff at check in and out were great and friendly, we got in very late but staff assured all were good. One remark though- Security deposit of $50 were not released until now which is three complete weeks yet it’s not refunded so am not happy about this long wait process. Today is 5/26, my stay was on 5/10."

"My wife and I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Arlington Heights - Schaumburg and it was well worth it. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful and the room was very comfortable and clean. We had left the hotel without a jacket of ours that we forgot in the hotel closet and when calling the staff, they were more than willing to help us out in having our jacket returned to us via shipping and let us know the procedure in order to do so. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Chicago!"
