"I prepaid my booking well in advance of my trip. When I contacted the host on arrival day, he said the property was unavailable and he did not have my booking. He offered another property. It was the coronation week so hotels were mostly sold out. I reluctantly agreed. The alternate property was billed as luxury accommodations in a vibrant neighborhood.
