"Lovely Hotel , very convenient for the south terminal . The only negative was in the restaurant there was another customer using their phone on loud speaker ! This was not the hotels fault but the staff made no attempt to try and ask her to stop . I would stay again because it’s a lovely hotel ."

"Quite an ‘old school’ hotel in terms of decor, handing the key at reception before going out and table service in the restaurant (no buffet), but fine for all that. It was clean and quiet and the room had a fan which was useful for a warm night. The great advantage is its proximity to Paddington Station. We would certainly use it again."

"We celebrated my partner's birthday, we had a room overlooking the park which was breathtaking, the room was modern and clean, what you expect from a 5 star hotel. All the staff ww met were kind, polite and went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Lots of choices for buffet breakfast, delicious food. Overall, the service was outstanding! While we were there we booked another weekend stay."

"The rooms are basic, just sleeping, no tv. Was clean. The staff was very awesome and friendly, willing to help with anything, got there early and the room wasn’t ready. They let us leave our luggage there while we explored the neighborhood until the room was ready. Once the room was ready they let us check in even thought it was before check in time. I would go back to this hotel."
