"It’s an old hotel, so don’t expect modern day upgrades in the rooms. The hotel IS great. Our room was good. A few things wrong with room but no bad, sort of. Our a/c unit didn’t work, so we had to leave the window open our entire 4 day stay. Not bad. There IS, also, a big window in the shower, which is facing the street. Talk about putting a show for all those outside. Our room had a great view, and so did the outside looking in. It’s even worse when showering, or using bathroom at night. Beware room 420. Besides those two things, for the time we actually used the room, it was great. Bar, restaurant, free coffee, tea, and water. Concierge service. It’s a great hotel, and it’s in a great location. Everything is walking distance. I’d stay here again."

"Apartment we stayed in was quiet and clean for the most part. My only concerns were the shower curtain was not long enough so water ran all over the bathroom floor. If possible please invest in longer shower curtains or a shower door. Also the sheets in the bedroom appeared to be slightly dirty as if the staff didnt provide freshly cleaned sheets between guests."

"This place was great! Amazing location, very safe! There's a nice little italian pub around the corner for a quick bite. 10 minute drive from downtown Salem. We plan on coming back and booking this location again! Next time we plan on exploring downtown Beverly which is just a few blocks away. Host was very responsive and helpful. Even had a youtube video to explain where to park. We were extremely satisfied with the property!"
