"The overall stay was nice, very comfy bed. However, AC did not work well at all and the fact the indoor pool closed at 6 was a big fail."

"A very nice suite in the Havana Tower. Room was clean, quiet and modern. Only two small, cheap plastic drinking glasses. There should be real glasses in a suite. Room wasn’t ready at 4 pm check-in and wasn’t available until nearly 6pm. No compensation was offered or provided. No manager was “available” to talk to regarding the delay."

"Very clean and quiet area away from the main drag. We waited about 30 minutes to get checked in because they only had two staff at the desk. Aside from that it was a great experience."
