"Great location, very quiet area. The house was comfortable and well equipped."

"Ideal location to host a bukkake party with six friends as the floors were easy to clean. Parking was easy and its location is ideal in the centre of the town. Rooms are very basic but the kitchen is nice and looks good. Rooms are cold in winter due to poor windows and doors and the house is really made of lego I think but the boys were able to maintain the stiffness all night. "

"This is an ideal property for a group to visit the wonderful Lincoln. The property is both close to center but also quiet with easy parking."

"The little house was a great place to stay in the center of louth ,good for food and drinks ,the car parking was just opposite the house, it was very clean and comfortable"

"Brilliant family holiday will definitely be back "

"We really enjoyed our stay in Lincoln and found lots to do. Property about a 20 minute walk to the centre and nice to walk through the Arboretum. Hot tub was fun and pretty well maintained but property itself quite run down and poor attention to detail (no batteries in TV remote, freezer unusable as so frosted up, no dishwasher etc...I'm a holiday cottage owner myself and think about the quality we offer and the welcome pack we always include; this was barely adequate in comparison. "

"We were only staying for one night and the house had everything we needed for that stay. We had concerns over the security of the property as the French doors did not seem to latch securely. "
