""Host" was a management company, not the owner. Waited on check-in instructions and finally got a note from the management company that I hadn't signed the 9 page rental agreement...15 minutes before attempting to enter the house. Struggled to do this on a cell phone but got through it in 30 minutes or so. I received a confirmation on this rental in January....the management company could have sent a reminder about the missing agreement months before rental date, not minutes. While the house was almost perfect inside, the outside trash cans were overflowing. I said almost perfect because it lacked a dishwasher - no big deal at all - the rest of the house was exactly as advertised - nice TVs, bedrooms and living rooms...and very spacious. Great washer/dryer. Did not use the pool table or Foosball set (which had a broken player rod), but the pool table would provide a nice activity. The house is steps from Dairy Queen! The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and walking distance to several "down town" pubs and restaurants."
