"Stayed here for a night for the Christmas market. Nice and close to the train station, so it's very convenient. The room was very big and clean! Staff were very friendly as well at checkin and checkout, very nice and helpful staff. Would stay here again for sure!"

"This is one of the best hotels that I have stayed. It has plenty of character. The staff are fantastic, the hotel is spotless. The resturant is very good. Should I return to Wernigerode, I will be staying here."

"Lovely room, nice and warm as very cold outside. Plenty of storage. Had reserved a table for 2 nights in restaurant 6 months before our stay and requested a table in the window, only had this one night and then was put in the back room which has no atmosphere. Menu quite limited there used to be fish but that has been removed. Breakfast is good providing you don’t go late otherwise fruit has all gone. Ran out of corn flakes and English tea whilst we were there. Only one teapot has a lid. Location though is excellent. "

"Should have been told it was not a hotel. Difficult to check in. Did not receive how to get Key to room instructions before I arrived or instructions on how to check out. Room had a kitchen but no silverware/utensils. I got to the address and wandered around for a half an hour trying to figure out how to get into my room or even where my room was after flying for 14 hours. Luckily I found a cleaning person in a nearby room who helped me find a key to get into my room. I had no one I could contact otherwise."

"Nettes Apartment, Kueche hat alles was es braucht. Kein WiFi und Internet via Handy ist Glueckssache (meistens kein Glueck).Parken ist ebenfalls Glueckssache sollte man Tagesausfluege machen und erst abends zurueckkommen.Wanderwege starten fast am Haus, die Seilbahn und die Therme sind fusslaeufig zu erreichen."

"Angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich. Allerdings ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig. Man kann jeden hören der im Gang langgeht. Das war kein Problem weil nachts niemand umhergelaufen ist, aber es ist mir morgens aufgefallen als alle zum Frühstück gegangen sind."
