The hotel for the railway.

I have just spent 3 night and found the location perfect. My interest are the steam trains there. The room was clean and tidy. The only thing missing is tea and coffee making facilities? But you can obtsin this from reception. Parking was a bonus free, unlike in Berlin today. The place to stay if you just want to travel to the top of the Brocken mountain. Also speak good english as the morni g person comes from U K originally.

Perfect location for the steam trains. Lovely staff behind the bar. Not a lot of parking but we did manage to get parked. Good variety of breakfast. Dinner was lovely and big portions. Restaurant themed around the steam trains, great for enthusiasts. Thankyou

Perfect stay in Wernigrode

Perfect location if you arrive to Wernigrode by train. Great tidy, clean solo room and a nice breakfast buffet overlooking the steam engine railway. Helpful front desk staff. The town is beautiful.

Ett flott sted å bo. Vi bodde i suite. Veldig stor og fin og nytt. Renhold hver dag så vi ikke noe til. Balkongen var super. Kort vei til byen og togstasjonen. Parkering i bakgård. Dårlig kaffe, men super frokost. Gode matretter på middagsmenyen. Perfekt beliggenhet for oss på MC tur.

Kleines Hotel, die Innenstadt ist in 5 MIN erreichbar. Schöner Blick auf die Lokomotiven die morgens betankt werden. Parken ist manchmal etwas eng. Insgesamt war das Hotel voll ok, das Personal freundlich und das Frühstück gut.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt , das Hotel hat eine prima Lage, interessant war die Sicht auf den Bahnhof, zum Stadtzentrum nicht weit, Parkplatz am Haus, freundliches Personal, einziger Kritikpunkt das Frühstück, es war ausreichend aber nicht wirklich abwechslungsreich, morgens die gleiche Wurst, der gleiche Käse

Hatten am Abend die Toilettenspülung defekt. Leider war den Abend um 22 Uhr niemand erreichbar der das beheben konnte. Auch an dem Telefon Notdienst der Rezeption meldete sich niemand. Aber am nächsten Tag wurde alles behoben.

Das Themenhotel Eisenbahn fand ich originell, die Möglichkeit direkt die historischen Züge zu beobachten, war toll. Nicht ganz so gut hat mir das relativ dunkle Interieur gefallen, nach meinem persönlichen Eindruck.
