"We were at an event at the NEC and just needed a place with a shower and bed. This was not fancy with lots of amenities, but clean and adequate and reasonably priced. We would stay here again."

"Nice, clean hotel. They are doing some remodeling so breakfast not the greatest. Only coffee available for drinking. Maybe offer some water."

"This was our second stay. Although laid out differently, each of the rooms are essentially the same. This time we stayed on the first floor and fully expected a "basement experience". Not to be had! Never would have realized we were partially underground. As usual our room was ready, clean as an operating room and comfortable. The newest addition is the ar ade/bar caddy corner to the hotel. We spent a few nights enjoying libations and games!"

"Quaint inn with a clubhouse next door for drinks, pizza and snacks. Nice outdoor seating at clubhouse with view of the river. This is about a 2 block walk away from three restaurants. Would stay again. "

"Absolutely loved the Central Hotel! This is a beautifully renovate hotel. It has so much charm. Each room is unique with a tasteful mixture of modern convenience and a decorative touch of years gone by. Jeannie keeps the hotel clean and makes sure you feel welcome. "Dirty, animal hair everywhere, stunk of animals, mouse traps everywhere, mouse poop all over, clothes in the dryer, shower faucet was half broken, bed sheets and animals hair, not a 4 bedroom as advertised, air mattresses all had holes. Not at all acceptable for a "vacation rental", 2 nights we stayed and it was not cheap, I expected way more."
