"Besides the beautiful rooms and cleanliness, the customer service was impeccable. Heather especially was so kind, generous, and fun. Her work ethic is very admirable and she really made my experience even better. Jonathan was also very courteous and helpful with my check-in process. Excellent employees and wonderful experience overall!"

"They were not sensitive to those who work out in the a.m. because the fitness center was opened at 10 and checkout is 11 had to remind the staff that the Fitness room was not open. They said give me 10 minutes that put us at 10:15 and it was just a little too late too. Do what needed to be done morning staff member was informed of an issue and he did not solve the problem or act like he wanted to. Check-in staff was awesome. Checkout staff were just leaving was good, but was not proficient on getting to Fitness room."
