"Was told The room was €526 payable in cash only, despite booking through Expedia at €475 inclusive! We also queried his charge for dog of €13 / night, when advertised as €7 / night on Expedia. He said it is Expedia’s problem and not his, and that we need to ask them to amend his prices. He says he doesn’t have a card machine and told us where the cash points were. Clearly a customer orientated operator, not! After a long journey we agreed to pay up as would be too much hassle to go...

"Was ok but just very tired and struggling to survive hence a lot of cost cutting, cold pool restaurant closed. Shame really "

"The room we were assigned had bugs. The staff was unprofessional and impolite."

"We stayed in a family room. As soon as we checked in, it was clear the room had not been cleaned - old clothes on the floor and food in the fridge area. We requested the room be cleaned again. Unfortunately it was clear on other days the room wasn’t being hoovered, no new bin liners etc. We had constant issues with our pass locking us out the room. We had a baby so this was very inconvenient but the reception desk did not apologise despite our being upset. The breakfast is excellent and the...
