"This is an older Hilton. It was clean and our room was nice. We had a good view of the beach. It is close to the beach which we walked to every day. The breakfast buffet was really good. A great assortment of food. We did eat the dinner buffet and it had a good assortment of food. Only surprise was having to pay 2000 RMB (about $307 deposit when we checked in). "This is second time we stayed here… Place is well maintained and still in very good condition despite our last visit pre-covid in 2018. Highly commend service of check-in staff Nit Gan especially since male guest in front of us gave her a long and super hard time but she didn’t flinch a beat and served us with super efficiency and accommodate our request for early check-in despite we arriving at around 1pm. Housekeeping team cleaned up the room very well plus very prompt to provide us with additional pillows and ice. This is definitely the best hotel on the stretch and will choose to stay here again for my next trip to Haikou."
