"Horrific conditions, can’t believe they let students stay there. Mould, grime and the most uncomfortable bed we’d ever slept on (like a cardboard box). Don’t stay here. We’d booked two night and checked out early after one. I’ve been trying to contact since to arrange a refund for the unstayed night but no answer and no way of contacting. "Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... "

"We stayed in a different room from the one I booked. It was smaller than I thought it would be, but we made it work. The kitchen was great, it includes a washer but no dryer. The area is charming and easy access to public transportation. A wonderful car service is not to far and very reasonable."

"We stayed for 1 night in July the apartment was in very good condition, everything was provided with great kitchen facilities (even herbs and spices) tea/coffee tray and cleaning products. The beds were comfortable with a much needed fan in the bedroom. Overall great location and safe quiet apartment block, fantastic hosts and close to amenities/transport. We would definitely recommend."

"The place is nice, my partner really love the place."

"Booked 3 months in advance and checked in advance when requested. Arrived at the property with no communication on how to gain access. Contacted the host to be told then by text that the property had been double booked so my booking was cancelled. I was left to try and find other accommodation at short notice which was at further expense to us. I called the host to speak to them following the text to say the booking was cancelled and they refused to pick upThe way we were treated was appalling...
