"Lovely staff, very helpful. Room was of a good size, beds very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed breakfast selection - something for everyone, coffee was tasty. Toiletries were very nice in bathroom. Only negative was the room key, had to go downstairs on numerous occasions to have it reset as wouldn’t let us back into room. "

"Really nice chilled out environment, Really helpful staff, very relaxing with excellent spa treatments onsite if required or just relax with ambient atmosphere when using the swimming pool, sauna, steam, hydrotherapy area's giving it a pure chilled vibe to unwind, we booked an executive room with a canal view, just watching the barge boats go past whilst having a beer next to the water it was a very good & relaxed atmosphere, we would definitely be returning to the hotel/spa we had excellent weather that made our trip even better after a day of canoeing over the tallest Aqueduct.
