"Seman was on the chair and the floors were dirty. It looked like black mold on the wall next to the bed that shares the wall with the bathroom. The drawers were dirty and had hair in them. The gym was nice."

"The bathroom was newly renovated. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which is hard to find at the hotels near Mt. Zion. Staying in Hurricane helped us save money, but do start your day early to avoid traffic and crowd."

"I’m very disappointed with my stay and how a lost item situation was handled at this hotel. When I arrived, the room had a noticeable odor and had clearly not been vacuumed properly. There were even toenail clippings on the floor. We specifically asked housekeeping to vacuum the room, but the issue was not corrected. Unfortunately, the bigger issue happened after checkout. I KNOW for certain that I left my AirPods on the bed in the hotel room when I checked out. Within about 4 hours, I checked their location using Find My and they were already showing at a private residential address—not at the hotel. I contacted the front desk immediately and was told they would escalate the issue with a manager and check with staff. However, the following day the AirPods were still showing at the same residential location. I was then told there was nothing further they could do. Guests should be able to trust that rooms are properly cleaned and that items left behind are turned in to lost and found. Between the cleanliness concerns and the lack of accountability regarding a tracked personal item, this experience was extremely disappointing. "

"Great location for a family of 5 exploring state and national parks in the area. Everyone loved the pools and hot tubs! We were disappointed that there were not basketballs or tennis or pickleball equipment available for us to use. The welcome book claimed there was, but it was a mistake or outdated information.The layout of the condo was wonderful and the beds were pretty good. However, there was a ton of dust on all the lights and a few other places. One of the bathrooms seemed to have something wrong with the water also as the pressure just didn't seem to be proper for the sink or toilet. Last issue we had was it appears a light switch on the ceiling fan light fixture shorted and tripped a breaker. We were left without light in a bedroom all week. Last was the family room TV did not have a remote that worked so it was unusable.In summary:Loved the pool, layout on the condo, and overall location, but the place needs some deep cleaning and repairs to be great. The issues were somewhat minor for my family as most days we were at a park or the pool."

"You know how they say “ with a cherry on top” well this is what there talking about. It was an amazing stay at the Little Palm. Everything was close by. Great neighborhood. Awesome Trail 30 seconds away from doorsteps with an amazing view!! I can go on and on. Not sure how I could top this one but by booking another stay for more days!! "
