Located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, this light and airy home has an open floor plan that accommodates the living room, kitchen and dining room with a large bay window and sliders to the deck. The first level also has a full bath and 2 bedrooms, one with a double sized bed and the second with 2 twins. The Primary Bedroom on the second level has a queen sized bed and private balcony. This home offers great amenities such as wireless internet, flat-screen TV & Blu-Ray DVD player. Expanded cable, enclosed outdoor shower and gas grill! Short getaways available with an added cleaning fee. Save the cleaning fee by booking 7 or more consecutive nights. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens are not provided—guests may bring their own or rent. This property does not have air conditioning.

It's close to town - although a partial walk uphill coming home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to a typical house. Nothing fancy or updated. Breakfast for our family is most important to eat at home. The toaster was broken!! Yikes. A family of 6 needs a toaster. A new one can the 6th day out of our 7. The faucet dripped in the master bedroom and the electric outlet in the master bath did not work.

This property was as described in the listing. We have stayed in many rentals over the years and this was, by far, the cleanest and most organized. Some may have challenges with the beds. It is an easy walk to town, a bit longer to the harbor, yet doable.
