New in 2004, this is a centrally air conditioned, spacious 3 bedroom 2.5 bath contemporary Cape-style home located in a private setting about 2 miles from Indian Neck Beach. New for 2015 your pets are allowed as long as they are hypo-allergenic, under 20 lbs. and non-shedding. The house sleeps 7 and has a screened porch at the rear and wrap-around covered porch on two sides of the house. The MAIN FLOOR consists of the living, dining, and kitchen areas, half bath, and a primary bedroom with a king bed and an adjoining bath with shower only. On the SECOND FLOOR there are two bedrooms on the second floor, one with 2 twin beds and the other with 1 twin and 1 queen bed, a loft/sitting area as well as a bathroom with tub and shower. The Indian Neck Beaches are 2 miles or so away, a pleasant bike ride or short drive. It is about 5 minutes by car to Wellfleet Center and a little farther to the pond and ocean beaches. Available for 3 night minimums with an added $250 cleaning fee. 7 night reservations include the cleaning fee. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request.
