"This property is basically a dorm room. Finding the key was a challenge, the elevator smelled like pot, the hall ways were full of trash, chairs, broken glass. Parking was a challenge as well - it was a parking deck then you had to navigate to the right building. I was alone and did not feel safe walking thru the packing deck at night. I would not recommend this unless you are under the age of 25 and with a group. The unit was clean but all the bedrooms were lock out with a bathroom just...

"Nice to place to stay with college aged kids. Bathrooms in each room and the common area were both nice. Close proximity to parking once we found the shortcut. Walls and ceiling were a little thin, could hear everything in other rooms and upstairs but didn't bother us. Were there for a Clemson visit & proximity to campus was great. "The apartment was very clean and well cared for. The host, Victor, responded quickly to our questions and needs. The only critique is that there was some noise to contend with coming from the upstairs apartment and adjacent apartment. Besides that, it was a nice place to stay."

"We stopped in Anderson to stay for the night when we went to see Savannah Bananas in Clemson- it was a perfect location otw there and very easy to find!! The only thing I would say is to add in the description is it is the basement of the house! That didn’t bother us at all- just didn’t know;). It has its own entrance and we had tons of privacy! We would definitely stay again;). The Host was super nice and easy to communicate with!"
