"I was very impressed by the cleanliness and beauty of the space. It has a private courtyard with a grill, as well as a private entrance to the property. We arrived quite late, and the owner made sure some lights were left on and gave specific directions to the entrance for our convenience. "This is a beautiful property typically used to house students at Clemson University. Apartments are like new as this complex was just built a year ago! The room is clean and the pool is gorgeous and there are restaurants and a bar onsite! The docks are very nice to enjoy the lake views as well. . I have just two constructive criticisms that would have made our stay a little more comfortable; the property manager only provides one key fob for use at a unit that sleeps 6 people. "Some of the reviews gave me pause, but we were very happy with our stay. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We had ample supplies in the kitchen. Yes, there was not an overabundance of towels, but the ones provided were fluffy and you can bring extra if you like more than one per guest. There is plenty of closet storage to bring anything extra that you need. We would stay here again."

"We had an amazing experience staying at this property. Weekend girls trip for a Clemson football game and it didn’t disappoint. The property is as described and communication with the owner was exceptional. Nice little touches for our stay like snacks and water were very much appreciated. I would recommend walking down the block and eating at the Newry General Store and cafe. Great food and friendly staff. We all agreed we would stay here again. "

"Nice home with lot's of space. Extra-large table for game nights and beds were very comfy. Hot tub was awesome!! This house has pretty much everything needed for a vacation. However, we took our boat, but water was drained from the lake at the time we were there, so looking out back was like a mud hole. House has a very large incline going down to house and it was hard parking our pontoon boat in front driveway and space for the boat. We enjoyed Lake Hartwell, but our favorite is Lake Jocassee....

"This house is set up for family fun. We loved the basement with all the gaming , the air hockey table, mini pool table , and arcade games. There is a basketball goal out back and a hot tub we all enjoyed. The dock is great for swimming and fishing . We rented a boat nearby and enjoyed the beauty of the lake.
