"Good breakfast"

"Excellent Location, but Service and Housekeeping Need Improvement The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a stone’s throw from the subway station and within walking distance of the Bell Tower, shopping areas, and plenty of eateries. The breakfast spread offers a good variety of choices. However, food items are sometimes not replenished promptly when they run out. There also seems to be a lack of staff to guide guests to their tables during breakfast. Housekeeping is another area that...

"Gut gelegen und nur ca. 5 Min. von der Stadtmauer entfernt hat sich der Aufenthalt im Hilton definitiv gelohnt."

"Hotel bello, pulito, stanza ampia colazione perfetta fatta all istante, forse un po lontano dalla metro ma con didi o taxi a poco prezzo giri la città, straconsigliato"

"Unfortunately, our stay at Xi’an Eastern Boutique Hotel was disappointing. Our room was directly across from the guest laundry, and the washing machines were running until after 11pm each night, with guests regularly coming and going and slamming the washing machine and drier door. The advertised closing time was 10:30pm, but we had to call reception every night to ask them to actually close it. With early starts planned, this meant we got very little sleep. The bathroom was also unpleasant,...

"The staff was over the top with helping me, especially Eva at the desk and Warren at the door. I hadn’t set up any local trips before I arrived but they took care of taxis and getting me an outstanding English guide (“Wang”) at the Terra Cotta Warriors excavation site. Unfortunately the laundry prices were a little high. I had a full load, 9 tee shirts for instance, with the associated clothing, not much else that cost over $100 to get done. The pool and restaurant are in another building,...

"Close to the subway station, plenty eateries near by, very good budget to stay at Zian city, specifically thanks to night shift Mr. 鄭先生who give me so many help first to this city"

"Pretty central but quiet. Good amenities. Has a little bit better food choices at breakfast."

"Good location"

"The staff was super friendly. It's too bad they don't have any staff that speaks English but we used Google translate and WeChat translate and it worked out fine. Rooms we're immaculate everyday and roomy. We used the laundry facilities and partook in the sumptuous breakfast and the afternoon tea when we were in the area. And as we checked out, they gave us parting gifts. What a great surprise! I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Xian again and I would highly recommend this...

"Everything ok. Not inside restaurant available"

"Excellent hotel, with friendly helpful staff in a geat location, let down by the breakfast. In the three days we stayed there non of the hot food western style (bacon, eggs, sausages, beans, mushrooms, etc.) was even warm. The buffet food was cold. Shame for a Westin as they are generally a good hotel."

"The location is very convenient, with easy access to the city's main attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and came with complimentary bottled water. Most importantly, the staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. One of the front desk staff members, whose last name is Zhao, provided excellent recommendations for transportation and must-see attractions. His helpful advice saved me a lot of time and made my trip much more enjoyable."

"Hotel is a bit old, not up to mark with newer Holiday Inn's. older rooms and older setup is a bit of a drawback, overall mediocre place to stay"

"The room and overall hotel was clean, they were not clear on the laundry service and we were charged a ridiculous amount for our laundry to be serviced. We simply asked for a gist of how long it would take in a certain time. And no communication was returned until our bill was expected. Almost $300."

"We had a wonderful, amazing trip and we were so happy with this hotel. The location is extremely convenient, within easy reach of all the famous city landmarks, including the Bell Tower, and Muslim quarter. The buffet breakfast was incredible, with really delicious food. Every member of staff was warm and friendly, and they surprised us with a couple of nice little gifts during our stay. Our room was very spacious, fitted with big windows. Lots of natural light flooded in, making the room...
