I love Weed. I grew up in the area. Major fire scars in the area and the city itself is recovering from a major fire that destroyed much of the East side. Close to Mt. Shasta and not as expensive to stay.

Stunning natural beauty right under the landscape of Mount Shasta. I'm surprised this tiny mountain town is not host to more shops and restaurants as it truly would be an ideal vacation spot, especially for those in Redding wanting a nice day trip.
"The property is well located, close to downtown and tourist attractions. Everything was clean, but the room's layout was a bit strange. They have plenty of space, but everything feels very cramped. It would be nice to have nightstands for all the beds."
