"We recently stayed at this house in Marlinton for a week, while bicycling and exploring the Greenbrier River Trail. Marlinton is about midway along the trail, making access to all parts of the trail easier. The house has been completely upgraded from its original role as a home to a family, probably connected to the logging or mining activities of a century ago. Doors, windows, floors, walls, ceilings, etc have all been replaced, along with all the appliances, so that the house feels very modern...

"What a great property!! I just completed the entire Greenbrier River Trail in two days and this was a great spot to stay middle of the trail. Restaurants and in walking distance. House was cozy and had all the amenities one could need. Patricia was great to work with!! Would highly recommend staying here!!"

"Owner and family was super nice and friendly. Cabin backed up to a stream. So even though it rained off and on during my stay, I could open the back door and enjoy the serenity of the stream. The stream also was nice to listen to as I fell asleep each night! The price was super reasonable as well."

"Was great experience so far. Very happy, easy checking in Knowledgeable, friendly and courteous staff. I've Stayed at more expensive places that were no where near this clean. Definitely plan to stay again. Can't wait thi cold back!! And recommend. Loved that i could park my bike within 4 ft of room door. "
