"We booked a family trip to go to the Grand Canyon (west) but didn’t want to stay on the strip. We rented a car, the parking garage was excellent. It’s a newer hotel and very clean and in the perfect location. Near the highways, a 15 min walk to Fremont. Safe. Lots of construction in the area but we never noticed any issues. Breakfast gets busy so go early, not enough tables so you may have to eat in the lounge part. Check your bill when you leave, we got charged for $89 for exponentials even...

"Nice location and clean rooms. You can hear noise from the Fremont Street, but as expected. Nice to be able to use the pool at Circa!"

"Rooms weren't ready upon arrival, once we checked in they weren't the cleanliness I expect from Marriott. The staff never answered calls from our room phones, we had to physically walk down to the lobby any time we needed something. AC wasn't working, lights weren't working, hot water wasn't working, room was never cleaned even after physically walking down to the front desk and having it "noted on my reservation" I got home from a 19 hour day and had no clean towels. I arrived late at around midnight , the staff were a bit ‘rough’ but I got checked in, no problem. The main issue I ran into was that the rooms have storage containers for your stuff BUT YOU NEED A SPECIAL PADLOCK. I had to go back to check in to buy one BUT THEY WERE SOLD OUT ! So now my stuff was not secure, which when you are sharing with 5 strangers does not make you...

"Dirty rooms, rude staff and terrible overall."

"Everything was fine."

"Shower didnt work, no hot water in bath or shower, fridge was leaking and not working. Comforter was dirty."
