"Very quiet and peaceful area, close to the market and it is a great area to walk with a dog. We felt safe and secluded. The water in the pond was so clear all the way to the bottom and the use of the paddle boat was a lovely perk. We typically rough camp locally during the summers visiting with family, but with a new baby we wanted some more modern conveniences like running water and electricity - the pond house was a fabulous alternative to our usual accommodations and we will likely make this a more regular part of our summer’s in Hadley/luzerne. The kitchen, bathrooms, and linens were all very clean. The ceilings throughout were a little cobwebby. Bedrooms were large and had enough room for a pack and play/bassinet Overall the home made for a wonderful weekend with family for our little 5mo old’s first vacation. We will definitely be planning a return trip to the pond house "

"Very nice area .place was nice and clean cute decor .plus she added extra amenities.like water and home baked cookies and a nice cozy bed and water bowls for my dogs very good instuctions on what to do with garbage etc.i would definently book again."
