"We choose this property due to the unique value. Normally we choose due to location and accessibility. This cabin is located just down from the blueridge pkwy, Cherokee and lots of other scenic areas to explore. The cabin itself was perfect. We sat outside and enjoyed the small water feature and covered patio. The bathhouse was the wife’s favorite as it is completely up to date. The only thing I had an issue with is I’m 6’2” and the ceiling in the cabin when you walk in and over the bed is just at that. I clipped my head 2 times on the ceiling. Other than that it was a glorious experience"

"This property was very quiet and surrounded by woods. The hot tub was a nice perk. The people who own live on site in a separate part. You get the entire first floor suite to yourself and Denise is very helpful with any questions you may have. It really was like a little home away from home. The bed and pull out are comfy."

"The Lazy Moose was a little gem in the mountains. No stone left unturned. Once you come though the gates you are welcomed my the cutest donkey which our 5 yr old loved. He was a vocal friend for sure. Then when you arrived at the cabin the front porch was welcoming and the kids loved all of the outdoor games! The inside was clean and perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook great meals for the weekend- even snacks to help hold over the kids the first night. The puzzles were fun at night and the fire pit was perfect sized. Our middle daughter loved exploring the grounds and found all kinds of nature to take home! The beds and pillows were comfortable. The couches were too. The TVs were only used late at night when everyone was winding down. This cabin was close to the park which we loved and spent a few days hiking. Overall this was a wonderful cabin and the hosts were easy to work with. "
