"Perfect for large groups. Multiple outdoor seating areas indoors and outdoors and the screened porch keeps bugs away. Huge kitchen with all of the amenities needed. Location was quiet and just a short walk to beach. Loved the games provided. Loved everything about it and would book again. My only suggestion would be to clean up the carport/outdoor kitchen/pool area. Didn't appear to have been cleaned up all summer. Upon arrival, there were still empty food wrappers around and a few piles of kid...

"This was just as advertised, no surprises, quiet neighborhood, clean and lots of space; kitchen was very well equipped, beds were comfortable; everything we needed; walkable to the shore which was not crowded at all. Most of the time we were the only people on the whole beach."

"We had a very enjoyable visit to the Mississippi Coast and the Sandpiper Cottage was the perfect place to stay. Quiet neighborhood, great location with easy access to Gulfport, Biloxi and Ocean Springs. Hosts Andy & Jennifer were very accommodating, welcoming and provided valuable restaurant & area recommendations! The cottage was totally comfortable and had everything we needed."
