Just Added to At The Dunes' Rental offerings as of 05/25/19. This beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with ocean views of the Monterey Bay from the living room and patio is perfect for a family or group of six looking for a relaxing getaway vacation or weekend away from home. Offering a King size bed in the master bedroom, and a queen with a bunk bed (twin over twin) in the second bedroom this unit comfortably accommodates 6 people with no problem. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. The unit also offers quick beach access. Have your feet in the sand in minutes, with less than a 2-minute walk from the condo to the beach. Cat Urine Is Your Undoing
The beach front condos are a great vacation location, but state of this specific unit we rented was not acceptable. It was cleaned by the staff properly, but the smell of cat urine is absolutely overwhelming. This unit left a smell on my clothes after being in it for only 15-20 minutes while we arranged to be moved (the help we had moving units was great--courteous, professional and fast). The carpet and pad in this unit needs to be replaced to remove the urine and ammonia smell. Not a pleasant place to walk into let alone stay for a few days. Not good business to have this place listed for rent in its current state.

Great condo. Comfy and well appointed. There was a power outage (not their fault) so it got a bit chilly but we survived because of all the cozy extra blankets. Our only complaint was that the lantern that was there had corroded batteries so we had to go to target for flashlights. Other than that it was great and we would love to stay again sometime.

The unit is clean and organized. The check-in process was easy. With the last-minute notice, the landlord allowed us to check in early. Really appreciate that! The apartment has everything for cooking, even with the reverse osmosis filtered water faucet!

Can't Wait To Return
Our family of 3 loves this unit. It's "homie" and comfortable & just a few steps away from the sand. There's enough space for us to hang out together but also the 2nd bedroom is in the back when our teenager wants their own space or to sleep in late! Gaze out at the water from multiple vantage points. Amenities are all there if you want to stay in. Easy keyless check-in/checkout. We enjoyed watching all the beautiful birds diving into the sea at feeding time and the dolphins swimming down the coastline. This year we actually saw 2 WHALES gingerly swimming along the coastline. It was incredible!!

Great spot for our family of 4
This is the first unit at the dunes that I have rented more than once. It is just right for my wife and I, and our 2 daughters (7 & 12). Very clean, user-friendly, and true ocean views from the living room, deck, and main bedroom. You can be in the sand faster than you can be back at your car. We will be back again, without a doubt! THANKS!!
