The unit was spacious, well-appointed, and very private (thanks to its location in the last building in the development, which meant looking out only at the dunes & not other buildings). The kitchen had every pot and pan we needed, the pantry was nicely stocked, and the beds were supremely comfortable. Plus, the owners were very pro-active and communicative, both before and during our stay. All in all, a delightful visit!"

"Had a wonderful stay here. Location was excellent. Just a few minutes walk to capitola village and the beach. We really enjoyed the views from the deck, and the sound of the waves. The condo feels newly renovated, airy and relaxing. Plenty of comfortable, tasteful furnishings make it feel like home. Kitchen was well stocked and we cooked together several times. Parking was a little tricky due to the construction, but we figured it out eventually. Our host was very welcoming. We had a great time...

"Can't beat the location if you want to be close to shops and restaurants. Rented this spot for my parents who were visiting from out of town, and it was super convenient for them to just walk down and enjoy Santana Row. My mom really liked grabbing a cup of coffee and walking around in the morning. Johnny was a super communicative host and provided detailed and accurate information about check-in and parking. He was quick to respond to questions and checked in to make sure we got into the place...

"We came here for my 40th birthday celebration and it’s such an Incredible ocean view from the livingroom and bedroom that you just can’t beat. It looks right over the dunes to the ocean. We watched whales and dolphins for two hours one morning as they fed!! Bring binoculars it’s so perfect for spying on ocean life! Balcony looks directly onto the dunes and ocean. Perfect for sunset views! We went on the beach and had a bonfire both nights and LOVED watching sunset with a fire and blankets...

"The place is gorgeous. The owners have first class taste in how the unit is decorated. The location is perfect. Since this is a private rental, there are very few amenities. No spa treatments, gym, bonfires, rides to the beach, beach towels etc. We were okay with this because we love seascape and the price is reasonable. To be well balanced, check in at the property manager’s office was difficult (she was super nice), directions and rental agreement were confusing and checkout instructions were...
