Beachfront Condo with Amazing Views, Comfort, and Fun for Everyone

This elegantly renovated condo is located in the highly desirable, gated Shorebirds community at Pajaro Dunes. It is a fully furnished 2 bedrooms, 2-bath unit sleeping 6 comfortably and is ready for you to enjoy. From the front door, you are immediately greeted with breathtaking views of Monterey Bay.

Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean where seals, dolphins and otters frequently play in the surf and the occasional whales swimming by can be seen from the comfort of the living room. This south facing unit is located on the third floor with a vaulted ceiling and extra windows bringing in warm, coastal sunshine.

The unit is furnished with a California King in the primary bedroom. The second bedroom has a Queen and Twin bunk beds. The unit offers free Wi-Fi and a Smart 50-inch flat screen TV and DVD/Blu-Ray player in the living room. The primary bedroom has a second, 37-inch flat screen TV and DVD player. Enjoy the comfortable furnishings and views from inside the unit or stroll down the steps to miles of unspoiled beaches.

The Shorebirds complex is adjacent to Sunset State Beach and is ideal for long walks, shell collecting and sand castle building. Other popular activities include surfing, boogie boarding, fishing or playing basketball, tennis, or pickleball on the community’s private courts. At night you can enjoy a bonfire on the beach or simply lull yourself to sleep with the calming sounds of the ocean waves.

Additionally, you can enjoy day trips to Monterey Bay Aquarium, Fisherman’s Wharf, Carmel, Capitola, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and several local wineries…all are just a short drive away.

Eat in using our fully stocked kitchen and BBQ or go out to one of the many local restaurants in the nearby areas of Watsonville and Moss Landing.

We love spending time at Pajaro Dunes and have tried to make this a comfortable home away from home. We hope you will enjoy everything as much as we do.

*** Please note that the condo next door is scheduled for a remodel 2/24/25-5/24/25 (it probably won't take the full 3 months). This means there might be an unusual amount of noise during the hours of 8:00am-4:00pm Mondays-Thursdays and 8:00am-3:00pm Fridays. No construction noise is allowed on weekends. The condo is on the side of our kitchen and living space (not the bedroom side). Please be aware of this before booking and reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns.

Beautiful and Relaxing

This property is a must for those looking for a relaxing, quiet vacation. The beaches are beautiful and clean. The property was exactly as advertised. Everything was clean and accessible, immaculately furnished. I would highly recommend this location and definitely plan to come back.

Relaxing spot for our family trip!

Peaceful and restful place

I booked this place for my husband to get away and get some rest and he loved it! I joined him on his last night and I can affirm that this place is so peaceful and restful that we will definitely be back. Christmas Bliss

We stayed for 2 nights for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We brought our stockings, 2 gifts each and a small pop-up Christmas tree. Woke up to the sound of the ocean waves both mornings. The condo has everything we could possibly need. Great place!!

Room with a view

Our stay was perfect for our family. We had a one year old with us and it rained most of the time, yet we made use of the perfect view and cozy quarters. As soon as the rain stopped we stepped out to the sand and played in the clean fresh air.

Beautiful Condo!

This is the 5th time we have stayed at Pajaro Dunes and our first time in this condo. The unit was just beautiful! It has been recently remodeled and the view is amazing. It is only a very short walk to the beach. We had a fantastic stay and plan to stay at this condo again in the future.
