"This is a basement apartment in a quiet neighborhood. It is located SE of Sanford Stadium, about 3 miles away. It is east of the softball and track fields, about 2 miles away. We stayed here to be able to uber to a sporting event since parking is very limited at these complexes. Using uber was very easy and affordable."
