"The property was in the Downtown which we needed. The area is typical downtown with the benefits of small really good eating places. The hotel caters to middle class people and has a great vibe. For the price it was a warm and friendly place with everything we needed."

"I really like the area Bolder's is located. I'm relocating to Waterloo for work & used this hotel while I searched for housing. The staff at check-in was friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and property offers free parking. This location is just off the interstate & the noise of traffic/trucks going by was no issue. They offered coffee, breakfast & WiFi. Would stay here again. "

"This motel is very old and run down, we had to ask for towels and soap and was told they don't offer Shampo. The pool was closed due to maintance(looked as though it had been closed for a long time). There was a constant smell of drug use and unsavory people everywhere. Would not suggest this motel and I will never stay there again."

"For the price of this room you would expect nicer amenities and certainly better surroundings there are crackheads and beggars in the parking lot stairways smell like mold hot tub has been cemented in not impressed at all with this hotel should have been a $60 a night Hotel not 140"
