The problem was Hotels.com took my points, took my money from credit card, then didn't communicate the reservation to the hotel. And there was no one to call to get it straightened out. "The property was in the Downtown which we needed. The area is typical downtown with the benefits of small really good eating places. The hotel caters to middle class people and has a great vibe. For the price it was a warm and friendly place with everything we needed."

"Our room looked as though it was not cleaned. I had to ask for all new bedding due to ours being dirty when checking in. There were toenails all over the floor and it was dirty. I really don’t think our room was cleaned before check in. Very disappointed due to the price I spent. "

"I really like the area Bolder's is located. I'm relocating to Waterloo for work & used this hotel while I searched for housing. The staff at check-in was friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and property offers free parking. This location is just off the interstate & the noise of traffic/trucks going by was no issue. They offered coffee, breakfast & WiFi. Would stay here again. "
